Sold out AB IPBox 9900HD and new…

Firstly, we are pleased with your ineterest in AB brand, which is proved by the fact that all receivers of the model AB IPBox 9900HD have been sold out. A current alternative of this model is Vu+ Duo, as well as AB IPBox 99HD, which is suitable for those who do not require a plenty of connectors or who are used to AB Software solutions and reasonable price.
The second news is the issue of new software for AB IPBox 55HD receivers.

So, i am sure “sold out” is no more new updates for 9900HD! Last release is 28/06/2011, how many months do your technical staff need ?
AB IPBox 9900HD is a receiver that has a lot of connectors and software development therefore take longer.
I wonder why they put in trade of the material is not working with a lot of problems i hope that these problems resolve them as soon as possible
what about 99HD? The difference between 55HD is only HDD connection possibility
AB IPBox 99HD will be issued at any moment. We deal with still some details.
Longer… so longer that buyers need to buy another good receiver, for this reason your company now sell other brands

For AB IPBox 9900HD new software is still in development. Developers version is a here:

Abcom = big disappointment!
Software support is and will be provided for models 55HD, 99HD and 9900HD continues. Sell off their models due to the fact that these models will be replaced with newer.

abcom end all 99/55 series after one year…it’s not normal.
I will never trust abcom, and NEVER buy any product from them.
It’s the end of the adventure, with this pseudo company.

I agree with Sacred.Your company is total mistake for any normal customer who expect to have decent support.
You do not made any model of receiver that you sell and instead to finish a software for one model you just OEM new models.
You keep buying time with false promises.Why don’t you give us a plan of your releases for new software.
Your beta versions do not move for months and speaking of final versions would be a joke.
When I remember that you have already appologized for bad support and I am really interested when you will do it again.
It seems to me that you don’t understand that without a customers you will not have a company.
I know for sure that you will not get my money anymore
If you have any special requirements for something you do not know, dont afraid, please contact us via mail or telephone.
My only requirement was that you give us a software that works and not full of bugs and half working solutions.
Your company promised 6 months ago that there will be new software release which correct all known problems but I still don’t see that version.It seems to me that you don’t know how to make a working version so I do not see a point in speaking with your company since I am really sick of your excuses and promises

My special requirments for now is:
fix problem with TVN HD channel (after 10min watching we can see bug like slow notion, or 15 frames per second.)
