VU+ Solo2 – Problem with connecting to the internet
Recently I purchased a brand new VU + Solo2 receiver and during configuration it turned out that it has problems with establishing the correct cable connection to the Internet.
This is manifested in the fact that when performing a network test, errors appear in the IP addresses and the server name and receiver does not have access to the Internet at all, or the connection is unstable and slow.
I tried to use a different ethernet cable and another router, but that did not solve the problem.
On the internet I found entries that described the same situation (http://www.vuplus-community.net/board/threads/vu-solo2-wired-connection-not-working.18319/), so this is not an isolated case.
I will be grateful for your help in solving this problem.
Dear sir, it´s hw problem so you should send your STB to your seller´s service or directly to our service with fault description.
