Returns forms
To exercise the right to return the product, proof of purchase (a sales receipt) is sufficient. Submitting the proof of purchase in order to make a complaint is sufficient even in case the letter of guarantee has been lost by a customer. The goods returned must be accompanied by the Returns form, which is accessible from the link below.
